Terms and conditions for our taxi and transfer services

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking a journey with 365 Transfers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text message from us.
- Please ensure all booking details (pickup location, time, flight numbers, etc.) are accurate.
- Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices quoted are fixed and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are based on the journey quoted and may vary for additional stops or route changes.
- Payment can be made by card online, by card in the vehicle, or by cash to the driver.
- Business accounts are available for corporate clients with monthly billing.
- We reserve the right to charge for any additional costs incurred due to customer requests (e.g., waiting time beyond the free allowance, toll roads).
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or free rebooking.
- 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 12 hours notice: Full fare will be charged.
- No-shows: Full fare will be charged.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
5. Airport Transfers
- For airport pickups, please provide your flight number so we can track your arrival.
- We offer up to 60 minutes free waiting time for delayed flights at airports.
- For airport drop-offs, we recommend arriving at least 2-3 hours before domestic flights and 3-4 hours before international flights.
- Meet and greet services are available on request.
6. Waiting Time
- Airport pickups: 60 minutes free waiting time from flight landing.
- Other pickups: 15 minutes free waiting time from the booked time.
- Additional waiting time will be charged at £0.50 per minute.
- Drivers will attempt to contact you if you are not at the pickup location.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
- Ensure you have all necessary travel documents.
- Child seats must be requested at the time of booking.
- Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times.
- No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is permitted in our vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
8. Luggage
- Standard luggage allowance is included in the quoted price.
- Please inform us of any excess or oversized luggage when booking.
- We are not responsible for luggage left in vehicles, though we will make every effort to return lost items.
9. Our Liability
- We will make every effort to complete your journey safely and on time.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the fare paid for the journey.
- We are not liable for any consequential losses (e.g., missed flights, hotel bookings).
10. Complaints
If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us within 7 days of your journey. We take all complaints seriously and will investigate thoroughly.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to bookings made after the date of change.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
